I was let down by a previous window cleaner so went on Checker Trader yesterday 16/07/2025 to ask if someone could clean my facia board on my three storey house. Within five minutes Window Hero contacted and asked for photos of the work which needed doing and gave me a price which is very reasonable. Do I need to be home when you clean?
As long as we can access all of your windows, we can complete the job and send you an invoice afterward. However, for gutter cleaning, we need access to a wall socket.
How do I pay you if I’m not home?
You can pay us via bank transfer after the completion of the job.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, card, bank transfer, and Direct Debit.
Why is the first clean more expensive?
The first clean takes longer because there’s often more dirt to remove. Regular customers pay less per visit because the job is quicker when we’re maintaining windows.
Do you accept American Express?
Yes, we do.
I don’t want regular cleaning; do you do one-off cleaning?
Of course. You can indicate this when you use our online estimator.
Some window cleaners only accept Direct Debit but I don’t want to set up a Direct Debit. Is that OK?
Absolutely. You can pay via bank transfer after we complete the job.
What are your bank details?

Are you insured?
Yes, any business on Checkatrade has to have insurance and has to go through a vetting process.

Yes, in the vast majority of cases we’re able to clean such windows.
